7 inch vinyl single record (mono) released in Britain. This is the stereo version. 
The video clip contains scenes from the cinema motion picture "Smashing Time"
which had been filmed in London, August 1967.

[the French vocal version] In France it was released on a 7 inch vinyl EP record in 1965.
As far as I can tell, Les Surfs recorded at least four different language vocals versions of this record.
A 7 inch vinyl single record [English vocal version] was released in USA late November 1964
and also in Britain on 8th January 1965.
The video clip contains scenes from the French cinema motion picture "Cherchez l'idole"
which had been released earlier in 1964.
